Session: assessment, consultation, goal setting

Recommended number of weekly workouts: 1–3 days

Rehabilitation for spinal issues and sports injuries: ankle, knee, hip, spine, shoulder, elbow, and compensation for sedentary work (with a doctor’s approval)

Yoga, stretching: improving flexibility and mobility

Strength and conditioning training to complement your sport: I have experience in numerous sports, such as tennis, cycling, rock climbing, and track and field

TRX suspension training

Training tailored to your personality type: if you’re interested in psychology and would like to combine it with your training
