WHEN CAN I START?
The best time to start is whenever you’re willing to dedicate time and energy to training (2–3 times a week for 60 minutes).
CAN I SCHEDULE A TIME SLOT WITH A BUSY SCHEDULE?
Yes! I understand that everyone has a different lifestyle, which is why I specialize in creating a workout plan that fits your schedule. Whether you work long hours or just have a busy family life, I’ll be happy to tailor your workout plan to fit your needs
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR STARTING TRAINING?
Anyone over the age of 18 who is injury-free can sign up. Parental consent is required for those under 18.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
Consult a specialist; you may only perform rehabilitation training with a doctor’s approval.
WHAT DOES MY TRAINING PLAN INCLUDE?
I’ll create a goal-specific assessment—whether it’s weight loss to shed the pounds gained during pregnancy, posture correction to alleviate your back pain, or “fitness training” to complement your own sport—followed by a phased schedule which details which exercises to do and how often to do them in order to reach your goal.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REACH MY GOAL?
We can start a new training block tailored to your new goal—including a reassessment to measure your progress—or we can stick with maintenance.
CAN I SIGN UP IF I’VE ONLY BEEN WORKING OUT AT HOME OR ON MY OWN SO FAR?
Yes, there are no prerequisites for signing up.
WHERE CAN I TRAIN?
I am currently available at a gym on 19 Dózsa György út in Budapest’s 14th district. If that’s not convenient for you or you’d like to train somewhere else, that’s no problem either. Give me a call or send me a message, and we can discuss how we can work together.
